Sales and Outreach

Reach the right people, the right way.

Réson helps you follow up with customers and leads using personal, well-written drafts — and checks consent first, so you only contact people you're allowed to.

Capabilities

Outreach with consent built in.

  • Contacts in one place

Names, companies, stages, notes and history — add people as you go or import a CSV or Excel file.

  • Consent tracked per contact

Record express or implied consent, where it came from and when implied consent expires.

  • Automatic exclusions

Contacts with unknown or expired consent, or who unsubscribed, are left out of outreach — with the reason shown.

  • Personal drafts

Follow-ups written from your business profile and each contact's history, ready for you to edit.

  • Sequences with limits

Multi-step follow-ups with delays and a daily sending limit, approved as a whole before they start.

  • Unsubscribes respected

Every outreach message carries your identification and an unsubscribe link, and people who opt out go on a suppression list.

CASL-aware

Designed around Canada's anti-spam law.

Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) requires consent, identification and an unsubscribe mechanism for commercial email. Réson tracks the consent you have, leaves out people you can't email, and keeps opt-outs on a suppression list.

  • Express consentThey said yes — recorded with source and date.
  • Implied consentAn existing business relationship, tracked with its expiry date.
  • Unknown or expiredLeft out of outreach until consent is confirmed.
  • UnsubscribedKept on the suppression list. Never contacted again.

Réson helps you follow good consent practices, but it isn't legal advice. You remain responsible for having consent to contact the people you email and for the content you approve.

How it works

From contact list to approved follow-up.

  1. Bring your contacts

Import a spreadsheet or add people as you go, and record how you got their consent.

  2. Pick a goal

“Invite past customers to the open house.” Réson selects eligible contacts and explains exclusions.

  3. Review the drafts

Personal messages for each step, written in your voice. Edit anything.

  4. Approve and send

Approve the sequence; sending runs within your daily limit.
