Company research

Build a B2B shortlist from a plain-language brief

Start with the region, industry, and services that make a company a good fit. Réson reads public company pages and shows the excerpts behind each candidate. Review the evidence, check any gaps, then save the companies you want or export the shortlist as CSV.

If an employee count or founding date cannot be confirmed from the sources, it appears under Still to verify. Company research is separate from your contact list and consent records.

Before exporting reviewed leads, check the company website and work address, then screen the shortlist against your own do-not-contact entries. The entries and email review stay in your browser.

Schedule the search when you need a fresh shortlist on a regular basis. Each run skips companies recently found for the same criteria and leaves the results in Reach for review.

Use a saved company as an example to find similar services, markets or regions. Prepare a call outline or direct-message draft from a contact record, then record the outcome after you make the call or send the message yourself.

CASL-aware

Designed around Canada's anti-spam law.

Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) requires consent, identification and an unsubscribe mechanism for commercial email. Réson tracks the consent you have, leaves out people you can't email, and keeps opt-outs on a suppression list.
