Réson AI is an AI marketing workspace for small businesses. Its official website is resonai.world. Réson serves marketing teams in English and French. Start with your business name. If you have a website or some files, you can add those too. Réson builds a profile with a source for each fact and uses it to prepare marketing drafts for your approval. It is free during the beta.
You can use it to plan a campaign, draft its posts and see what AI search says about your business.
Who is Réson for?
Réson is for businesses that don't have a marketing department, and for the people who help them. The Réson product overview describes four groups.
- local businesses such as cafés and repair shops
- professional services such as clinics
- small and medium businesses that want their marketing in one place
- agencies that manage marketing for several clients
It was built for small businesses in Canada and Québec. It works in English and French, and it was designed with Canada's anti-spam law (CASL) and Québec's Law 25 in mind.
How does Réson work?
You start with whatever you have, and Réson does the reading. There is no setup questionnaire.
- Tell it who you are. A name is enough. You can also add a link or a file. You can also bring a ChatGPT export if you've already explained your business there.
- Réson builds a business profile. It reads what you share and looks up public information. It records what you sell and who you serve. The profile shows where each fact came from.
- You create and plan, with your OK. Drafts wait for your approval before they go anywhere.
The profile is the part that makes the rest work. Each fact carries a status. "Confirmed" means you confirmed it. "Supported" means it was found in a source you can open. A "Suggestion" is an AI guess with no source, and Réson never treats it as fact until you confirm it. When you correct something, the old value is retired so it can't creep back from an older page.
What can Réson make?
Réson groups its tools into a few areas. All of them start from the same profile, so a fix in one place shows up everywhere.
| Area | What it does |
|---|---|
| Studio | Posts, images, short videos, voiceovers and emails in your voice, ready to review, edit and download |
| Campaigns | Turns a goal into a dated plan, with every piece drafted on a calendar |
| Knowledge | The sourced business profile, with corrections that stick |
| Reach | Contacts and outreach drafts that check consent first and leave out people you can't legally email |
| Automations | Recurring jobs, like a weekly post plan, that prepare drafts and wait for your OK |
| Insights | Plain-language notes from data you connect or upload, with no invented numbers |
| Visibility | AI answer and website checks, Search Console export comparisons, and a public business profile page |
| Blog | A blog with an SEO and style checker |
You can ask it to cut a draft in half or rewrite it in French. There is also an assistant that uses the same tools and tells you what it did.
What the visibility tools check
The AI check asks a search-connected AI the question a customer would ask. Then it compares the answer with your profile, claim by claim. The website check looks at titles and descriptions, headings, schema.org data, the sitemap, Open Graph tags, page language and alt text. It also checks whether your robots.txt allows the AI crawlers of OpenAI, ChatGPT search, Google Gemini, Anthropic and Perplexity. OpenAI's crawler documentation explains why that matters: its OAI-SearchBot is the robot that surfaces websites in ChatGPT's search features.
Réson is careful about what this means. In its own words: "No one can guarantee rankings or what an assistant says."
What doesn't Réson do yet?
You can review and download your work for use on social networks. The site says direct publishing and email sending will connect through each provider's official sign-in "as each integration becomes available". Réson never asks for your social network passwords.
A few other limits are worth knowing:
- Sending outreach email from your own connected account is still being rolled out. Today Réson prepares the drafts and sequences.
- There is no separate plan for agencies or large teams yet.
- It can't promise rankings, traffic or what an AI assistant will say about you.
- You are responsible for reviewing content before you publish it, and for having consent to email the people on your list.
How much does Réson cost?
Réson is free during the beta. Each workspace gets a monthly allowance of generation credits, which resets at the start of each month, and a daily limit.
A short post uses few credits. Images use more, and video uses the most. If you run out, generation pauses until the allowance resets, and everything you've made stays available to view, edit and download. Paid plans will be announced before they apply to you. Réson has not published a price, so treat any number you see elsewhere with suspicion.
How does Réson handle privacy and languages?
Your files, profile, content and contacts are private to your organisation. You can download your content at any time and delete sources, files, facts and contacts yourself. Team members get a role: owner, admin, editor or viewer.
Réson's privacy policy says it uses Google Cloud to host the service and Google Cloud Vertex AI to analyse and generate content. Some processing, especially by AI services, may happen outside Québec and Canada, including in the United States. The policy also says Réson doesn't sell personal information and doesn't use your workspace content to train AI models.
Two laws shaped the design. Québec's Law 25 sets rules for personal information, which the Commission d'accès à l'information summarizes. Canada's anti-spam law, CASL, governs commercial email. Réson's Reach tool tracks consent for each contact and adds your identification and an unsubscribe link to outreach messages.
Réson works in English and French, both for the interface and for the content it writes. You can work in one language and ask for the other, or keep both. For a French look at choosing tools under these laws, see our guide choisir un outil IA marketing pour une PME au Québec.
What did Réson find when it checked itself?
On 5 November 2026 we ran Réson's own AI check and website check on Réson. The results show how the tools work, including where we fell short.
The AI was asked: "What is Réson? What do they offer, who is it for, and how do I contact them?" The answer was rated Accurate. It got the core features and the approval-first workflow right. But it added two contact details our profile didn't confirm, and it left out five things: that Réson is free during the beta, the Law 25 design, the Insights feature, the module names and the tagline.
The website check found 4 of 6 pages with titles or descriptions out of range. The home page description was 193 characters, against an aim of 50 to 165. The /about title was 13 characters, against 15 to 65. Everything else passed, and all five AI crawlers were allowed.
The About page identifies Réson AI and explains what the workspace does. The official site is resonai.world. If you want to run the same kind of test by hand, our guide to AI visibility checkers walks through it.
Find Réson AI in search
The official address is resonai.world. When using search, check the domain next to the result before following it. Search results for short brand names can vary. If you’re checking visibility for your own business, use our Google indexing checklist to compare what appears in search with what Google has indexed.
Try Réson on your own business
If you want to see what Réson makes of your business, you can start a free Réson workspace with just your business name. It's free during the beta, and nothing is published or sent without your OK.
The first screen is the useful one, even if you never come back. Read the profile Réson builds and check three things. Are the facts right? Which ones are marked "Suggestion"? Which sources did it use? Any wrong or missing fact there is probably also unclear on your website or listings, and that's worth fixing wherever it lives. For a wider look at the tools in this space, see AI marketing tools for small business.

Frequently asked questions
Is Réson free?
Yes, during the beta. Each workspace gets a monthly allowance of generation credits that resets at the start of each month, plus a daily limit. If you run out, generation pauses until the reset, and what you've made stays available. Paid plans will be announced before they apply to you, and no price has been published yet.
Does Réson post to Instagram or other social networks for me?
Not today. You review what Réson drafts, then export or download it and post it yourself. Réson says direct publishing will connect through each provider's official authorisation as each integration becomes available. Nothing is ever published or sent without your approval, and Réson never asks for your social network passwords.
Does Réson work in French?
Yes. Réson works in English and French, both for the workspace itself and for the content it creates. You can write in one language and ask for a version in the other, which suits businesses in Québec and other bilingual markets in Canada.

The official website is resonai.world. Use the Product page for a tour of the workspace and the About page for information about Réson.
