Everything Réson creates starts from your business profile in Knowledge.

Fact statuses

• Confirmed — you confirmed it, or told Réson directly
• Supported — found in a source you can open, not yet confirmed
• Preference — a choice you approved, like your tone or colours
• Suggestion — an AI proposal with no source; never treated as fact
• Outdated — corrected or replaced; never used for new content

Correcting a fact

Edit the fact inline. The previous value is retired and won't come back, even if an older or weaker source still mentions it.

Conflicts

If a new source disagrees with something you've confirmed, Réson doesn't overwrite it. It raises a conflict and asks you which is right.

Visibility

Mark facts as public, internal or private. Internal and private facts help Réson understand your business, but are kept out of public content.

After a correction

Réson can show you existing drafts that still mention the old information, so you can update them.
