Reach holds your contacts: customers, leads and partners.

Adding contacts

• Add people one at a time, or
• Import a CSV or Excel file. Réson matches your columns (name, email, company and so on) and shows a preview before importing.

What you can track

Stage (lead, qualified, customer, inactive), tags, notes, follow-up dates and history — plus consent: whether you have express or implied consent to email them, where it came from, and when implied consent expires.

Privacy

Contacts belong to your workspace and are never shared with other organisations. Delete a contact at any time.
