Réson found the wrong business
Choose Not quite, then add your website or a sentence about what you do.
A file didn't process
Check that it's a supported format and under 25 MB. Older Office files (.doc, .xls, .ppt) need to be saved in the newer format. Scanned PDFs with no text layer may yield little text — try uploading the page as an image instead.
A fact is wrong
Edit it in Knowledge. The old value is retired and won't return. Use Company knowledge & corrections to learn more.
“This workspace has used this month's generation credits”
Your monthly allowance is used up. It resets at the start of next month; existing content remains available.
“This workspace has reached today's generation limit”
A daily safety limit was reached. It resets within 24 hours.
Video is taking a while
Video generation usually takes a few minutes and runs in the background. You can leave the page and come back.
An outreach contact was excluded
Open the sequence to see the reason — usually missing or expired consent, an unsubscribe, or a missing email address.
